Delivery time is usually 14-30 days from receipt of payment including production.
The production of customized clothing depends on many different factors.

According to your country please have a look at payment & shipping
The order status can be:
- 'Open' = order received, payment expected
- 'In progress' = payment received, order in queue for production
- 'Order' = in production order
- 'Finished' = order produces finished goods awaiting pickup by logistics partner
- 'Delivered' = Order sent to customers
- 'Complete' = order delivered more than three months
- 'Canceled' order = no longer valid
Payment by invoice is available only in Germany.
